Kohlrabi Recipes / Eating suggestions
- Peel and slice, eat. Dip in Ranch Dressing, if desired
- Chop into matchstick size piece and add to any fresh tossed salad
- Shred and add to coleslaw
- Roasted: Chop into large piece, toss in olive oil, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; roast at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Add garlic scapes for extra flavor.
